I love the taste of chocolate and coffee.  That&#039;s why they&#039;re a special treat when I finish a manuscript.  But I&#039;m one of the lucky few folks who metabolize them differently: they keep me up at night.  And up at night, and up, and up...  So if I want to focus on a manuscript, I need my beauty sleep and I avoid caffeine like the plague.  Then indulge for a few glorious days until I start writing the next book!</description>

		<description>I just received your latest newsletter, and I&#039;m curious about something you said. WHY no coffee or chocolate when you are working on a deadline? I would think that&#039;s when you would need it the most. I have to have both on a regular basis anyway. No one would want to be around me if I didn&#039;t.</description>
